The little things you do/say....

Seylah the things you say...

• what's that smelly
• choquet milk (this one you have to hear it)
• mommy don't talk....in which you have gotten hit for talking to mommy this way
• you still say hangers and at times still say mommy chip with me
• i can do it by myself
• instead of saying delicious you say"b-licious"
• you say frases for breakfast 
• "like a flamily"

The things you're doing...

• no more potty on yourself (you have rare occasions now)
• and you are starting to learn how to clean yourself
• you can trace the alphabet
• you give sinatra food and water and actually fight with Emma
• you gotta win all the time and you are a sore loser when you don't win
• sometimes you don't let Emma hug you 
• when papi kisses you, you say "I cleaned it" as you literally clean it with your hand

Emma the things you say....

• when your telling me a story you say "and so" a lot
• you're in a face of telling jokes....you say "I got a great joke for you" and when you're done saying your (not so funny but cute joke) you say "get it" and start laughing!
• mommy that's not nice
• you want to do everything Emma does and you say "I want like Emma"
• your prayer "thank you God for everything, thank you for keeping us thank you for saving us in Jesus name Amen"
• you're a genius 
• that's a great idea right
• how could you
• you're getting me frustrated 

The things you're doing....

• you can write your name
• you can go pee by yourself and clean yourself, however sometimes you want me to do it
• your learning to bathe yourself too
• you know almost all the shapes
• You can ride your bike really good and faster than before
• rolling eyes accompanied by attitude (yeah this get's you in lots of trouble)

And although you girls fight all the time, it melts my heart when you show love towards one another and Emma you care for Seylah like a little mommy would a child...it's cute to watch, but you both also fight like sisters do!

Is the Most Wonderful time of the Year!

Christmas came and left!

I love Christmas and so do you girls....well what toddler doesn't!

This year you girls helped us decorate the Christmas tree and we made Rudolph the red nose reindeer ornaments as a family.

We all enjoyed this, I think you girls more, Seylah's jumping led me to believe that :)

We also made little snow men ornaments and trough the month those little hands of yours couldn't help but touch the ornament over and over even after I said not to so many times.

And of course we let you both put the star on the tree.

Our little place was all Christmas out....that after Christmas I couldn't wait to take everything down.

We actually threw away both Christmas tree. It was a bitter sweet moment for me because the main tree was your daddy's and I's first Christmas tree together. And the other one was a gift that totally electrocuted me when I unplugged it so it went out!

So this year we are going to try on a real Christmas tree....I can't wait! As for your tree we are gonna get either one or two little ones so you girls can decorated.

So the best part was first your papa and mama came to visit from Chicago and it was our first time celebrating Christmas with my side of the family. It was actually my first time dividing Christmas between your dad's family and mines......it was rough, but I know what to do next time.

We first celebrated with my side of the family and we had a brunch at Arizaida's.....

 Surprisingly we didn't take much pics! :(

With the Santiagos we usually have a Christmas talent show....and not to brag or anything but I think we totally won....not that anyone is counting!

Your daddy and I are a great team when we put our heads together.

The talent show was a little short video called "A Snow White Story" Your dad recorder and directed and I edited.

And Jay has been wanting to make ugly Christmas sweaters since before it was popular. So we worked on that too. Once again Jay thought about what to do and I made them.

The theme was "Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer"

The guys were the Bumble and the little guys were Yukon Cornelius and the girls Rudolph!

Christmas Day opening gifts!

Seylah You were very surprise when you saw Santa!

Emma you said "Papi you're so silly" LOL

Over all Christmas was magical with the exception of another year that everyone was sick! But most importantly we were sick.....together LOL!

Until next Christmas.....not sure what should be our talent show to top last years!
